Localised Vibration: Sit comfortably. Take three deep diaphragmatic breaths. Begin chanting OM slowly and deeply. As the vibration fills your chest, consciously direct it — like a warm healing current — toward the area of physical discomfort. Hold the vibration at that point. Breathe into it. Visualise the tissue glowing with golden light as OM resonance restores its natural frequency.
Exhalation Release: With each exhale, visualise pain and inflammation leaving as dark smoke. With each inhale, draw in healing frequency.
